Careers

Being industry leaders has its perks

Our state-wide reach and resources enable us to offer you some of the best opportunities to develop your career in Occupational Therapy.

About UNLIMIT-ED

We are a Melbourne based company who provide specialist occupational therapy services to WorkSafe, TAC and NDIS. Our expertise is removing limits (big and small) that can restrict a person’s full experience of life and sense of wellbeing. We modify tasks, equipment and environments to suit people who have an injury or illness, or to prevent injury from occurring.

About the Role

Our occupational therapists work a minimum of 15 hours/week, providing home-based assessment/intervention services to people who have sustained a workplace, traffic or other compensable injury. Our services are provided within metropolitan Melbourne, however occasional travel throughout regional Victoria and interstate is required.

The role would suit an experienced, self-motivated, mature-minded occupational therapist who holds a working understanding of legislative frameworks including the Workers Compensation Act 1987, Transport Accident Act 1986, or similar.

There is a significant report writing component to the role, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong rapport building capabilities and written skills to a medico-legal standard.

Relying on an online case management system and extensive administrative support and supervision, all of our team members work autonomously from home.

If you are looking for a flexible role in which to empower clients and realise your true worth, we want to meet you!

Candidates with experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, Injury Management Consultant, Injury Management Advisors and Senior Case officers will be highly regarded.
